Gaetano Casale is a trainer with experience in providing advanced training courses. As Managing Partner within INNOVA Project Consulting, Gaetano has the ability to transfer to the participant the knowledge acquired regarding business management. Andrei Dragomir is a consultant specialized in business management and development, part of INNOVA team. Andrei has gained a professional experience of approx. 20 years in business development, especially marketing and sales.
Roxana Olaru Cusmalata graduated the Sociology and Social Assistance Faculty within the Bucharest University in 2000 and holds a postgraduate specialization in the Management of Public Institution within the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Grigore T. Popa from Iasi. In INNOVA, Roxana participates as a trainer in various professional training programs.
Marius Alexandru Carabat has a specific experience in the field of adult professional training for more than 10 years. Thus, Alexandru has provided several training courses for various competences as a trainer within European funded projects.
